<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT device capable of automatically carrying out imaging switching and injection switching in a proper timing, obtaining excellent image quality and reducing the injection amount of contrasting agent and to provide a contrast imaging method. <P>SOLUTION: Monitoring imaging of an area D1 for switching imaging is carried out before actual imaging. A system control unit 126 determines whether or not contrast agent reaches the area D1 for switching imaging based on image data obtained by the monitoring imaging and decides an imaging switching timing to the actual imaging. The system control unit estimates a time (calculated saline reaching time T2) required for saline to reach the area for switching imaging based on the data actually measured by the monitoring imaging, based on that obtains a time t<SB POS="POST">B</SB>switching the injection from the contrasting agent to the saline, automatically switches the injection from the contrasting agent to the saline when reaching an injection switching time t<SB POS="POST">B</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
