<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device preventing scattering of fragments of a protective member arranged on a surface of the display device to secure safety without lowering visibility even when the protective member is broken. <P>SOLUTION: In a display device 100, when a transparent protective member 1 is arranged to cover a body 12 on the body 12 configuring the display device 100, a display surface of a display panel 10 is stuck to a rear face 1c of the transparent protective member 1 by a transparent adhesive material 2 arranged at a position corresponding to a display region DR of the display panel 10.
