<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a molding article by a gas assist injection molding that does not generate a skin layer in a cavity and can obtain a superior article without having defective appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the molding article where resin injection molding is performed using gas assist involving injection of gas into the die cavity includes: a first step of starting injecting the gas into the die using an open nozzle, a resin path of which nozzle end is opened while a melted thermoplastic resin is filled into the die; and a second step of completing a pressure rise of the gas before the resin passes the gate of the die. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
