The present invention relates to a system for playing video files and providing video information services, and more particularly, the present invention provides the following features: a user can receive and view information corresponding to a video scene, which is displayed in a list mode and a tag mode, from a video information file server using a video player and various TV platforms; the video information file can be opened to other providers to provide video information services on various platforms; with respect to information received from a video player which divides a selected video file into frames per second and has frame information on the entire video, and a video information file server which creates a video information file identical to time information of a selected video file and chronologically stores articles identical to an article displayed on a screen, when an item matching server applies a pattern analysis tool to play a video, a user can find and view items similar to a desired item by synchronizing video frame information with frame information of a video information file at constant time intervals; in order not to interrupt video appreciation of a user, when a button having an information capture function is pressed while a video is playing, video information can be automatically stored in a web site or storage box, which is set by the user; and since various functions such as a scrap function for storing information desired by a user in a device used by the user, a take-away function for taking away information desired by a user to another site, a shopping function for enabling the direct purchase of items corresponding to information desired by a user, and the like are included, it is possible to scrap and take away information on an item selected through a medium, to display related items, and to directly make a purchase, as in online shopping. |
