The present invention relates to a slide chip for a foodborne pathogen detection sensor and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically to: a chip for a foodborne pathogen detection sensor which comprises a substrate coated with metal, a linker in which a substituent which can be bound with the metal is positioned at the 5' end of deoxythymidine (dT), and a foodborne pathogen-derived RNA aptamer which is bound with the linker by a poly A tail positioned at the 3' end of deoxythymidine so that rapid and accurate detection of foodborne pathogens is enabled; and a manufacturing method thereof.
