PURPOSE: A cutting and bonding device of a fabric for fabricating the screen of a speed door is provided to cut the fabric in an accurate length, width, and perpendicular angle and to improve the productivity. CONSTITUTION: A cutting and bonding device of a fabric for fabricating the screen of a speed door comprises: a first fabric cutting unit(100) for cutting the fabric in a width direction; a second fabric cutting unit(200) for cutting the cut fabric in a longitudinal direction; a lamination table(300) on which the cut fabric is laminated; a fabric adhesion unit(400) which adheres the cut parts of the fabric to each other and preparing a screen; a screen winding unit(500) which winds the screen around a drum for the speed door.
