METHOD OF SIGNAL TRANSMISSION AND RECEPTION FOR MIMO COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS

PURPOSE: A signal transmission method of a MIMO(Multi-Input Multi-Output) communication system is provided to minimize loss of an achievable transmission rate although the limited amount of feedback information is provided in a pre-coded MIMO communication system based on reduced grid system. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(200) forms a demodulation signal Y' as Y'=ρY+αH=HX+Z' from a received signal Y=HS+Z. The receiver obtains an estimate from a predetermined first equation. The receiver obtains an estimate of C1 by encoding the estimate. The receiver obtains an estimate from a predetermined second equation in the stage of m-th decoding. The receiver obtains an estimate of Cm by encoding the estimate. The receiver decodes from C1 to ClogM by a successive interference cancellation scheme.
