PURPOSE: A header pipe baffle pressing device for a heat exchanger is provided to improve productivity by easily and automatically pressing baffles blocking the middle of a header pipe in baffle insertion holes of the header pipe. CONSTITUTION: A baffle guide portion(30) guides a pressing position of a baffle(4). A spring is installed on the bottom of the baffle guide portion. A baffle mounting portion(50) includes a slot(51). The baffle guide portion and the baffle are inserted into the slot. A support(60) supports the baffle mounting portion. A cylinder(70) moves the baffle mounting portion back and forth. A pressing jig(80) presses the baffle in a baffle insertion hole(1b) of a header pipe(1). |
