PURPOSE: A door phone system and a control method thereof are provided to randomly arrange number buttons for inputting passwords for releasing a door lock on different positions every time a door phone is operated. CONSTITUTION: A door phone includes a video processor(460), a memory(463), and a touch panel(462). The video processor processes an image taken by a camera unit and an image outputted to a display unit. The memory stores data related to the image displayed by the display unit. The touch panel receives a touch signal of a user. The display unit displays a 10 key image for receiving a password for releasing a locking unit on a side of the display unit.
