PURPOSE: A check valve for discharging air and a storage tank with the same are provided to make a smooth inflow of water during the release of air pressure in a tank body, because the air is discharged through the check valve and flows into the tank body. CONSTITUTION: A check valve for discharging air comprises a housing, an opening and closing member(130), an elastic member(150), and a movement restricting member(170). The opening and closing member is positioned in a hollow part of the housing in order to vertically move along the hollow part of the housing, and comprises an air discharge passage in which air can move. The elastic member is received in the hollow part of the housing to elastically press the opening and closing member. The movement restricting part is fitted in the opening and closing member, and is placed on the top of the housing to restrict the movement of the opening and closing member.
