PURPOSE: A window system having humidification, dehumidification, and heating functions is provided to reduce device costs as humidification, dehumidification, and heating devices are not necessary and to provide an all-weather indoor system as a user can freely select any of the humidification, dehumidification, and heating functions. CONSTITUTION: A window system having humidification, dehumidification, and heating functions has a structure which includes one or more selected from a dehumidification device, a humidification device(700), and a heating device mounted in a window frame; and a ventilation inlet and a ventilation outlet formed in the window frame; and in which the indoor air is circulated. The humidification device comprises a heating unit, a discharge unit, a heat conduction and radiation unit, and a ventilator. The heating unit is composed of thermoelectric elements and heats water flowing in through a water inflow pipe. The discharge unit is connected to the heating unit and discharges the heated water from the heating unit to the outside. The heat conduction and radiation unit is in contact with the heating unit and the discharge unit to rapidly expand a surface area of the heated water and applies heat to the surface-extended water.
