PURPOSE: A cosmetic puff and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to relatively and adequately touch a place which requires a minute angle. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cosmetic puff comprises a step of preparing a polishing device(3) which is connected to the rotary shaft(32) of a motor(31) and consists of an abrasive disk which is formed with a polishing unit(34), a step of fixing two sheets of puff bodies to a clamp, a step of processing the side of the two sheets of puff bodies using the polishing unit, and a step of separating two sheets of puff bodies from the clamp.
