PURPOSE: A method for forming a conducting polymer electrode and a method for manufacturing an organic thin film transistor using the same are provided to enable mass production by using an inkjet printing method and an evaporation method. CONSTITUTION: The surface of a substrate(10) is reformed by using an initiator solution. The initiator solution is coated on the substrate by using an inkjet printing method to form initiator patterns(14, 15) on the substrate. The substrate having the initiator pattern is put into a low pressure chamber. The vapor of conductivity polymer monomer is supplied to the low pressure chamber. The conductive polymer monomer is polymerized on the initiator pattern.
