<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell stack capable of maintaining high power generation performance, and to provide a fuel cell module. <P>SOLUTION: The cell stack comprises a plurality of stacked fuel cells 13, and collector members 14 disposed between the plurality of stacked fuel cells 13, respectively. A part of the collector member 14 facing the fuel cell 13 is formed by bonding a conductive bonding material 23 to the fuel cell 13.
