<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light extraction film for use in an isotropically light-emitting optical device, which allows light extraction efficiency to be enhanced and the dependence of emitting light wavelength on emitting angle to be reduced as well. <P>SOLUTION: An optical film 1 has a concave-convex structure part 12 in which concave-convex units 12a are repeatedly arranged at least in two directions. The concave-convex unit 12a has a protrusion or a recess in an approximately pyramid, truncated pyramid, conical, truncated conical, roof, hemispherical, or truncated hemispherical shape.
