<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor that suppresses deflection of a magnetic member to focus the direction of sensor magnet flux on a magnetic sensor, thereby improving the detection accuracy of the magnetic sensor. <P>SOLUTION: A motor static part 2A includes a housing 21A, an armature 22A, substrate 61, a magnetic sensor 62A, and a plate-like magnetic member 63A. The substrate 61A and the magnetic member 63A are fixed by fastening at a plurality of fixing positions in the axis direction. A motor 1A is provided with a rib 81A on the upper surface of the magnetic member 63A. The rib 81A extends in such a manner as to connect the proximity of one of the plurality of fixing positions with the proximity of another of the plurality of fixing positions. This suppresses deflection of the magnetic member 63A that is attributed to fastening in the axis direction. Thus, the direction of flux of the sensor magnet 35A is focused on the magnetic sensor 62A.
