PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve determination accuracy of passing time at a passing point.

SOLUTION: The present invention is applied to a passage determination device which is carried by a user who performs training to run along a predetermined course by arbitrary means. The passage determination device of the present invention comprises: a storage part; a position information acquisition part which acquires a position of an own device at a predetermined interval; and a control part for storing a course predetermined by the user and the positions of passing points on the course in the storage part, and also storing the position acquired by the position information acquisition part together with time when the position is acquired in the storage part. When the position of the own device enters a predetermined range of the passing point, the control part determines passing time when the user passes the passing point on the basis of a position which is the closest to the passing point among the acquired positions within the predetermined range, and the time when the position is acquired.
