<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light control film achieving both superior adhesion between a light control layer and a transparent conductive resin substrate and low tackiness of a primer layer. <P>SOLUTION: This light control film comprises: two transparent conductive resin substrates 4; a light control layer 1 held between the two transparent conductive resin substrates and including a resin matrix 2 and light adjustment suspension liquid 3 dispersed in the resin matrix; and primer layers 6 provided between the transparent conductive resin substrates and the light control layer, including an organic binder resin and silicon dioxide particles, and having average film thicknesses of 30 to 75 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
