<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging element and an imaging system capable of achieving a visible/near infrared rays spectral/imaging device with a high sensitivity and a high wavelength resolution enabling a high spatial-resolution two-dimensional spectroscopic mapping. <P>SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging element includes: a two-dimensional pixel array; and plural kinds of filters having a periodical fine pattern shorter than a wavelength to be detected, which is disposed facing each other in a pixel region of a two-dimensional pixel array and which has a spectroscopic function. Each filter is larger than a photoelectric conversion element of each pixel in the two-dimensional pixel array, and identical kind of filters are disposed for neighboring plural photoelectric conversion element groups to form one unit. The plural kinds of filters are disposed for neighboring unit groups to form a filter bank, and NxM units of filter banks (N, M: an integer of 1 or larger) are disposed so as to face the pixel region of the two-dimensional pixel array. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
