<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl device which allows a toilet bowl to be cleaned by a small capacity emergency power source during blackouts. <P>SOLUTION: A toilet bowl device (1) includes: a bowl (12) which receives dirt; a drain trap (14) which is connected to the bowl (12), discharges the dirt, and forms standing water in the bowl (12); washing water supply means (60) which is connected to a water supply source (24) and supplies washing water to the bowl (12); a private part washing device (8) which is provided with a nozzle advancing into the bowl (12) and jetting the washing water in a prescribed direction; a control part (62) which electrically drives the washing water supply means (60) and the private part washing device (8), and sets a normal operation mode for electrically driving the washing water supply means (60) and the private part washing device (8) by a normal power source and an abnormal operation mode for electrically driving only the washing water supply means (60) by an emergency power source during blackouts; and mode switching means (62, 88) which switches from the normal operation mode to the abnormal operation mode at blackouts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
