<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion type inorganic EL element with high luminance. <P>SOLUTION: The dispersion type inorganic electroluminescent element, in which a laminate of a phosphor layer having a phosphor powder dispersed in a resin and an insulator layer is held between a front electrode and a back electrode, is characterized in that: it comprises an intermediate layer at least between the phosphor layer and the front electrode; and a ratio (ε<SB POS="POST">1</SB>/ε<SB POS="POST">2</SB>) of a relative permittivity (ε<SB POS="POST">1</SB>) of the intermediate layer to a relative permittivity (ε<SB POS="POST">2</SB>) of the phosphor powder is 0.2 or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
