<p>A novel tri-proof lamp includes a lamp body. A junction box (1) is provided on the each end of the lamp body. The lamp body includes a plastic upper lamp body (5) and a plastic lower lamp body (6), and the upper lamp body (5) and the lower lamp body (6) are integrated into a whole body. A hanging board (7) is provided on the back of the lower lamp body (6), and a hanging hole (8) is formed on the hanging board (7). A method of manufacturing the tri-proof lamp comprises: first, molding the junction box (1) and the upper and the lower lamp body (5, 6); jointing the upper lamp body (5) and the lower lamp body (6), inserting a steel wire between the upper lamp body (5) and the lower lamp body (6), and welding by using a high-frequency induction welding device to ensure that the steel wire emit heat and the upper lamp body (5) and the lower lamp body (6) are melted on the contact part of the steel wire and the upper lamp body (5) and the lower lamp body (6) are integrated through melting. The upper lamp body (5) and the lower lamp body (6) are integrated into a whole body having high sealing and water-proof performance. The junction box (1) is arranged independently so that it is convenient for wire connection. Especially, when the junction box (1) is detachably connected to the lamp body, wire connection will be more convenient. The hanging board (7) is provided on the back of the lamp body. During installation, after a hanging hook is arranged on a wall surface, the hook is hooked into the hanging hole (8) of the hanging board (7).</p> |
