<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sound insulation structure for a vehicle, the sound insulation structure being configured so that a long routed object such as a wire harness, a pipe, or a cable can be appropriately held while a reduction in the performance of sound insulation by a sound insulation material is minimized. A sound insulation structure for a vehicle is formed by disposing a sound insulation material (13) in a space (S), and the space (S) is surrounded by the following elements: a front fender panel (9), a cowl side member (5) which is disposed on the inner side of the front fender panel (9) with respect to the vehicle so as to extend in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and a mud guard (11) which is disposed below both the front fender panel (9) and the cowl side member (5) and which forms a wheel well (12a). The sound insulation material (13) consists of elastically deformable urethane foam. A slit (13a) which can grip a wire harness (14) for a regenerative brake is formed in the sound insulation material (13), the wire harness (14) being routed in the front-rear direction of the vehicle and passing through the space (S).</p> |
