Provided is a control station device (200) capable of achieving low-latency in a power-saving wireless network, which is provided with a normal data generation unit (202) to generate first type of data, a priority data generation unit (204) to generate second type of data which is different from the first type, a determination unit (206) to determine the length of an active period, a beacon generation unit (208) to generate an annunciation signal including information corresponding to the determined active period length, and a transmission unit (210) to transmit the annunciation signal for each frame, wherein the determination unit (206) determines a shortened active period length when the second type data is generated compared to the active period length of the case when the second type data is not generated, and sets a priority data period for transmitting the second type data within a period which is excluded from the active period by the shortening, and the transmission unit (210) transmits the second type data to a terminal device within the priority data period.
