<p>Provided is a heating cooking device with which the heating time can be reduced and an energy savings can be achieved, and with which localized high temperatures do not occur at the exterior surfaces of the heating chamber, thus preventing thermal damage to electrical/electronic components, and with which the heat-insulating material can be reduced. The side surface material (300) of the heating chamber (13) comprises a ferritic stainless steel layer (301), an inside aluminum plated layer (302) provided on the inner surface of this stainless steel layer (301), an outside aluminum plated layer (303) provided on the outside surface of the stainless steel layer (301), and a nonstick and heat-reflecting coated film (304) which is applied to the inside aluminum plated layer (302).</p> |
