PURPOSE: A light emitting device package and a lighting device are provided to protect a light emitting device from contaminants by securing the junction distance between a lead frame and a body. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device includes a body(110), a first lead frame(121), and a second lead frame(131). The first lead frame has a first cavity which is arranged in a first direction of the body. The second lead frame has a second cavity. The junction distance between the body and the first or the second lead frame is shorter than the circumference distance of the first or the second lead frame.
