<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction-type gas detector that is not blocked even when an operator's hand touches a gas discharge port by mistake. <P>SOLUTION: A suction-type gas detector comprises: a gas introduction port for introducing gas; a gas discharge port 24 for discharging the gas; a gas passage for communicating the gas introduction port with the gas discharge port 24; gas suction means for sucking the gas into the gas passage through the gas introduction port; and a gas detection element for detecting the gas sucked into the gas passage. A wall part 28 is provided vertically so as to surround the gas discharge port 24, and a communication part 29 for communicating the gas discharge port 24 with the outside thereof is provided at the wall part 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
