<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic wave device which stably adjusts the frequency. <P>SOLUTION: An elastic wave device includes: a piezoelectric substrate 100 having a main surface; an IDT electrode 200 formed on the main surface of the piezoelectric substrate 100 and exciting the piezoelectric substrate 100 at a predetermined frequency; and a pressurizing part 600 causing the piezoelectric substrate 100 to generate a predetermined stress to change the predetermined frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
