<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact image forming device that secures capacity of a cleaning unit. <P>SOLUTION: In the middle part in a cross direction of a casing 43 of a cleaning unit 41, a sheet guide part 46 is formed that guides a sheet P passing through an intermediate transfer belt 22 and a secondary transfer roller 24 toward a fixing unit 17 arranged on the opposite side of the cleaning unit 41. The sheet P passing through the intermediate transfer belt 22 and the secondary transfer roller 24 can be guided by the sheet guide part 46 regardless of the size (capacity) of the casing 43.
