<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine capable of properly determining restart timing from a stop state of the internal combustion engine when executing an idle stop control of the internal combustion engine during a heating operation of an air conditioner to secure merchantability and fuel economy performance with balance. <P>SOLUTION: This control device 1 for executing the idle stop control of the internal combustion engine 3 during the heating operation of the air conditioner includes an ECU 2.
