<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new environmental protection-type floor material by a method having innovation and novelty which is bonded by using environmental protection materials such as fiber and thermoplastic polyurethane so as to satisfy the needs for health intention and environmental protection while having properties of light-weight and high abrasion resistance; and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In a new environmental protection-type floor material and a method for producing the same, at first a multilayer bottom fiber layer including an environmental protection-type aqueous resin is provided. Next, a top face abrasion resistance layer of which material is thermoplastic polyurethane is arranged on the top face of the multilayer bottom fiber layer and is thermocompression-bonded, and by using the environmental protection-type aqueous resin the multilayer bottom fiber layer is mutually connected with the top face abrasion resistance layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
