<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more appropriately control substitution of a user capable of using a function of an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus obtains script information from a first storage section storing script information including: identification information which identifies processing; user information of a user capable of using a function by the processing; and user information of a substitute person capable of using the function, determines script information designated by the user operation from the obtained script information, and determines whether the user information of a log-in user is included in the script information. When it is determined that the information is included, authority information with which the user information of the user of the script information is associated is taken out from a second storage section to which the authority information showing an authority required to use the function and the user information are stored in association with each other, and the script information is executed in accordance with the authority of authority information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
