<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens array which can turn an optical path by itself without combination with an external mirror, is inexpensive, has high productivity, is thin, and has a high focal length, and to provide an image sensor module to which the lens array is applied. <P>SOLUTION: A lens array 2 includes: a light guide body 10 having an incidence surface 14a on which incident light I<SB POS="POST">i</SB>impinges, a reflection surface 16a reflecting the incident light I<SB POS="POST">i</SB>, and an emission surface 12a from which emission light I<SB POS="POST">o</SB>reflected by the reflection surface 16a is emitted; a plurality of incidence surface convex lenses 14 which are disposed on the incidence surface 14a and have convexly curved surfaces; and a plurality of emission surface convex lenses 12 which are disposed on the emission surface 12a and have convexly curved surfaces. An erect unmagnified image is formed by the incidence surface convex lenses 14 and the emission surface convex lenses 12, and a prescribed angle is given between an incidence direction and an emission direction by reflection on the first reflection surface 16a.
