<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily producing highly pure amide group-containing tetracarboxylic dianhydride. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of producing amide group-containing tetracarboxylic dianhydride by reacting dicarboxylic anhydride-containing acid chloride with diamine in a solution, the reaction solution of the amide group-containing tetracarboxylic dianhydride forms an oversaturated state according to the progress of the reaction, and then, the amide group-containing tetracarboxylic dianhydride is precipitated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
