<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-type conveyance device including a means for separating a conveyed article, the device being capable of obtain stable separating action on the conveyed article even if a conveyance speed is increased. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration-type conveyance device includes: a conveyance body 2 including a conveyance path 2a on which the conveyed article PT is conveyed; vibrating mechanisms 3-7 that vibrates the conveyance body back and forth in a direction FD of the conveyance so that the conveyed article is conveyed in the direction FD of the conveyance on the conveyance path; a suction port 2e that is opened in the conveyance path; suction operation means 220, 230 that are configured to switch on/off a suction force of the suction port, or to increase or decrease the suction force; and a suction control means 210 that switches on/off the suction force in the timing synchronized with a vibration cycle T of the conveyance body, and controls the suction operation means to increase or decrease the suction force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
