<p>The purpose is to obtain a configuration for covering a folded airbag with a sheet-shaped member by using a simpler joining operation. The airbag device is inserted into an airbag insertion panel having a lid capable of splitting and opening. The airbag device is provided with an inflator, an airbag, and an outer bag. The outer bag forms a bag shape with an opening by folding and joining the edge sections on both sides of the sheet-shaped member at the respective lengthwise-direction center sections thereof, and covers the folded airbag in a state where the airbag is attached to the inflator and is capable of expansion.</p> |
