PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for perceiving the emotional state of a user are provided to transmit the emotional state of the user by using network devices. CONSTITUTION: A click is input to an input unit(10). A pattern detecting part(20) detects a click pattern including the pressure and the speed of the click. A determining unit(30) determines one classification among multiple emotional classifications. An output unit(40) outputs the information for emotional state.
