PURPOSE: A torque converter of a vehicle is provided to eliminate resonance of a driving system turbine runner by separating a turbine runner from a driving system. CONSTITUTION: A front cover(62) is rotatably connected to a crankshaft of an engine. A pump impeller(52) is connected to the front cover and rotates the front cover. A turbine runner(54) is disposed by facing the pump impeller. A stator(56) changes a flow of a fluid discharged from the turbine runner. The stator delivers the fluid to the pump impeller. A first power communication course delivers a fluid torque to a transmission. A second power communication course delivers a direct-coupled torque to the transmission.
