<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device capable of always securing the seating property of a seat member to a valve while properly setting a biasing force of a spring member. <P>SOLUTION: The on-off valve 36a includes a body 40 having a fluid path 41, a spherical valve body 50 opening and closing the fluid path 41, a guide member 72 opposing the valve body 50 and having a flange 72b radially extending outward, a first seat member 74 slidably arranged along an outer peripheral surface of the guide member 72 and seating the valve body 50, an O-ring 76 disposed between the first seat member 74 and the guide member 72, a chamber 78 formed of an inner wall 41c of the fluid path 41, the outer peripheral surface of the guide member 72, the flange 72b, and the first seat member 74, and a spring member 82 disposed in the chamber 78 and biasing the first seat member 74 toward the valve body 50. In the on-off valve, a gap 80 and connecting the valve body 50 side of the fluid path 41 to the chamber 78is formed between the inner wall 41c of the fluid path 41 and the first seat member 74. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
