<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen ion conductor having high density and having high oxygen ion conductivity and electron conductivity, and to provide an electrochemical device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The oxygen ion conductor includes a lanthanum chromite-based perovskite type oxide and a zirconium oxide containing at least one of calcium oxide, gadolinium oxide, and a rare earth oxide as a stabilizing agent, wherein at least any one of titanium, vanadium, manganese, iron, and cobalt is dissolved in the perovskite type oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
