<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine, which is subjected to ground connection with a simple structure, facilitates assembly work, and improves work efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine includes: a circuit board mounted with a control circuit for performing control about a game; a board storage member for storing the circuit board; a conductive ground member; and a conductive member for conducting a ground part of the circuit board and the ground member. The board storage member is formed so as to cover a bottom surface side of the circuit board, the ground member is provided on the bottom surface side of the circuit board, one end of the conductive member is connected to the ground part of the circuit board, and another end of the conductive member is connected to the ground member in the state that the end is gripped between the board storage member and the ground member.
