The aim of the present invention lies in providing an anti-adhesion membrane which can be easily rolled into a tube-shape without being damaged, and inserted into the body through a trocar, and which also has suitable resilience and is very easy to handle. The anti-adhesion membrane according to the present invention comprises an uneven film made of a bioabsorbable material.
