<p>Disclosed is a brightness and color temperature adjustable LED lamp, comprising a direct current power supply module; an instruction receiving module used for receiving a control instruction; a control driving module used for outputting a first PWM signal and a second PWM signal according to the control instruction received by the instruction receiving module; first and second LED groups having different color temperatures, LEDs in the first and second LED groups all being white light LEDs, and the color temperatures of the LEDs in one LED group being the same; a first dimming module used for controlling a working state and brightness of the first LED group according to the first PWM signal; and a second dimming module used for controlling a working state and brightness of the second LED group according to the second PWM signal. The LED lamp of the present invention reduces the production cost and the failure rate, and decreases the occupation on system resources.</p>
