PURPOSE: A cooling substrate supply device for a cooling mat is provided to manufacture a cooling substance at a uniform rate by automatically mixing water supplied a water tank and a polymer supplied from a hopper. CONSTITUTION: A cooling substrate supply device for a cooling mat comprises a water tank(100), a hopper(200), a stirring tank(400), a polymer supply regulating unit, a stirring unit, a screw pump(500), and an injector(800). The water tank supplies water through a water guide pipe(110). The hopper is connected to a polymer guide hose(210) to supply a polymer. The stirring tank is connected to the water guide pipe and the polymer guide hose to guide and mix the water and the polymer. The polymer supply regulating unit is installed between the hopper and polymer guide hoses to guide a fixed quantity of the polymer to the polymer guide hose. The stirring unit mixes the water and the polymer guided to the stirring tank to manufacture a cooling substance. The screw pump forcibly discharges the cooling substance to a discharge port at a constant pressure. The injector is connected to a discharge hose(700) and the discharge port of the screw pump to inject the discharged cooling substance to a cooling mat.
