<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical apparatus capable of easily bending or hardly bending a tubular section, which is one part of an insertion section inserted into a tube hole, for example, by a user with determination or a suitable set, i.e. adjusting at least one part of hardness of the insertion section so as to easily insert into winding tube hole. <P>SOLUTION: The medical apparatus 12 includes: an insertion section 24 having a bending section 34 and a tubular section 36 provided on a base end of the bending section with flexibility; bending drive mechanisms 34a, 42, 46 and 52 for bending the bending section; a power source P; a drive source M for driving by power supply from the power source; transmission sections 66, 68, and 36a in which at least one part is arranged to the tubular section to transmit a driving force from the drive source; and a hardness adjusting mechanism 60 having adjusting sections 72 and 74 for adjusting the connection between the power source and the drive source to adjust the driving force transmitting from the drive source to the transmission sections adjustable the hardness of at least one part of the tubular section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
