<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate stop device capable of stopping a circuit board with sufficient positioning accuracy and suppressing increase in device cost. <P>SOLUTION: A stopper plate 112 is provided on the downstream side end of an in-conveyor 52 such that it can be lifted and lowered, it is lifted and lowered by a lifting device while being guided by a guiding device 122, and the upper end of the stopper plate 112 is received by a pair of stopper plate receiving devices 116. The stopper plate receiving device 116 includes a guide face 140 which is inclined so that it becomes more inclined to the upstream side of a conveying direction as it is closer to the upper position, and a guide face 142 which is inclined so that it becomes more inclined to the downstream side as it is closer to the upper position and which has an inclination angle larger than that of the guide face 140. The guide face 140 guides the upper end of the stopper plate 112 to the upstream side of the conveying direction according to lifting of the stopper plate 112, and the guide faces 140, 142 engage with the upper end corner part of the stopper plate 112 to regulate an elevation end position. The guiding device 122 and the stopper plate receiving devices 116 support both upper and lower ens parts of the stopper plate 112, deflection of the stopper plate 112 to the downstream side of the conveying direction when abutting with a circuit board is reduced, and the stop position accuracy of a circuit board 74 is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
