<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of stable game control while permitting enhancement of the play. <P>SOLUTION: The game machine includes a main control part with a CPU for controlling the play, and a subordinate control part for the presentation control of the play based on the game control by the main control part. The CPU includes a flag register having a first flag and a second flag; a first processing for changing the values of the first flag and the second flag to the same values; and a second processing for changing the value of the second flag without changing the value of the first flag based on the result of execution of the processing.
