<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemiluminescent device capable of emitting light for a long time by performing chemiluminescence by mixing two kinds of liquids simply and surely, and increasing the freedom of design on the shape of an outer container, and its light-emitting method. <P>SOLUTION: The chemiluminescent device 1 is provided with an outer container 20 of hard resin having translucency, an inner container 30 having bursting performance with a first liquid agent filled, and an impact transmission member 40 which is arranged between the outer container 20 and the inner container 30 and formed in a spherical shape. A second liquid agent which makes chemiluminescence by mixing with the first liquid agent is sealed between the outer container 20 and the inner container 30. When an impact force is applied on a position of the outer container 20 corresponding to the impact transmission member 40, the inner container 30 is Hertz-destroyed and the first liquid agent flows into the outer container 20 and is mixed with the second liquid agent.
