<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation resistance measurement system that safely and speedily recovers from a fault. <P>SOLUTION: An insulation resistance measurement system 100 includes a supervoltage bus 19 where a 500 KV A bus 2 and a 500 KV B bus 3 are normally connected by a disconnector 5, a breaker 6, and a disconnector 7; an insulation resistance measurement device 4a which measures grounding operation and insulation resistance of the A bus 2; an insulation resistance measurement device 4b which measures grounding operation and insulation resistance of the B bus 2; an insulation resistance measurement device 4c which measures grounding operation and insulation resistance of a transformer 12; and a controller 1 which transmits a control signal for controlling making and breaking of each ground switch and receives data from the insulation resistance devices. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
