A resin laminate film, which comprises a first layer (I) that is formed of a resin composition containing (A) a methacrylate resin, (B) an aromatic polycarbonate resin and (C) an acrylic rubber-containing methacrylate resin and a second layer (II) that is formed of a resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin, and wherein the resin composition of the first layer (I) contains 0.1-90% by mass of the component (A), 2-90% by mass of the component (B) and 1-30% by mass of the component (C) (with the total of the components (A)-(C) being 100% by mass); the resin laminate film wherein the first layer (I) contains, if desired, 1-40% by mass of (D) a coloring agent (with the total of the components (A)-(D) being 100% by mass); a sheet for solar cell modules, particularly a back sheet for solar cell modules, which is provided with the resin laminate film; and a method for producing the resin laminate film.
